諾德資訊與棋苓將與桃園市政府共同呈現 2026 台灣設計展在桃園的現場互動體驗，圍繞本屆官方主題角色 Flowmomo 展開。Flowmomo 是誕生於桃園的創意精靈，也體現本屆主題「桃園流 TAOYUAN in FLOW」。展覽自 9 月 24 日開展，至 10 月 11 日。棋苓主責體驗與應用層。諾德資訊為正式營運即服務（Production as a Service）合作夥伴，為線上應用提供端對端的正式營運環境與託管維運。本案涵蓋基礎設施、連線與展期全時維運；持續監控、事件應變與資安控管，由諾德資訊位於台灣的網路營運中心執行。 Knowtecq Limited and Chylyng will, together with the Taoyuan City Government, present the on-site interactive experience at the 2026 Taiwan Design Expo in Taoyuan, centered around the official character Flowmomo — a creative spirit born in Taoyuan, embodying the theme "TAOYUAN in FLOW." The exhibition runs from September 24 to October 11. Chylyng leads the experience and application layer. Knowtecq serves as the Production as a Service partner, providing end-to-end production environment and managed operations for online applications. The engagement covers infrastructure, connectivity, and around-the-clock operations; continuous monitoring, incident response, and security management are carried out by Knowtecq's Network Operations Center in Taiwan.

體驗Experience

參觀者走進會場，會先遇到什麼What visitors encounter when they walk in

走進會場，參觀者會先戴上由主辦單位提供的手環，沿動態動線參與互動手環感應體驗。現場將有多人同時使用，每人路徑亦不相同。這套體驗圍繞本屆官方主題角色 Flowmomo 展開。Flowmomo 是誕生於桃園的創意精靈，也體現本屆主題「桃園流 TAOYUAN in FLOW」。 Upon entering the venue, visitors receive a wristband from the organizer and move through the interactive wristband sensing experience along a dynamic route. Multiple visitors use the system simultaneously, each following a different path. The experience centers on Flowmomo, this edition's official character — a creative spirit born in Taoyuan, embodying the theme "TAOYUAN in FLOW".

對參觀者來說，這段體驗直覺、輕鬆。對正式營運環境來說，並不簡單。 For visitors, the experience is intuitive and effortless. For the production environment, it is anything but.

戴上手環，走出自己的路線，體驗一路保持流動。 Collect a wristband, follow your own route — the experience stays fluid throughout.

應用層與營運層Application layer and operations layer

一次互動，系統要處理什麼What the system handles behind each interaction

在應用層，挑戰不只是互動設計。每位參觀者的路徑不同、節奏不同，沿途產生的資料組合也不同。系統必須持續接收這些互動、即時整理與判讀，並讓體驗保持順暢。 At the application layer, the challenge goes beyond interactive design. Each visitor follows a different path at a different pace, generating a unique combination of data along the way. The system must continuously receive these interactions, process and interpret them in real time, and keep the experience running without interruption.

到了營運層，要求會更高。體驗正式對外後，正式營運環境必須撐住連線、資料流、處理穩定性、可觀測性，以及多人同時使用時的應變節奏。這套體驗使用專用連線，主要路徑中斷時另有備援。這就是諾德資訊正式營運即服務要承擔的角色：為線上應用提供端對端的正式營運環境與託管維運。 At the operations layer, the requirements go further. Once the experience goes live, the production environment must sustain connectivity, data flow, processing stability, observability, and the ability to respond to concurrent usage at scale. The experience runs on dedicated connectivity with a backup path. This is the role Knowtecq's Production as a Service is built for: providing end-to-end production environment and managed operations for online applications.

為確保兩天現場部署一次到位，諾德資訊在開展前一個月設置專用測試環境，讓應用層與營運層可以在進場前先接上並完成測試。棋苓專注在體驗本身，正式營運環境則由諾德資訊負責。 To ensure the two-day on-site deployment went smoothly the first time, Knowtecq set up a dedicated testing environment one month before the exhibition opened, allowing the application and operations layers to connect and complete testing before on-site deployment. Chylyng focused on the experience; Knowtecq took care of the production environment.

棋苓 Chylyng

體驗設計、AIoT 感測、參觀者介面，以及圍繞 Flowmomo 展開的互動手環感應體驗。這是參觀者實際走進會場會碰到的部分。 Experience design, AIoT sensing, visitor interface, and the interactive wristband experience built around Flowmomo. This is the part visitors actually encounter when they walk into the venue.

專用連線與備援、台灣機房正式營運基礎設施、處理穩定性，以及展期間台灣網路營運中心的持續監看。公開體驗期間另導入 IntelliFend 遠端機器人監控。 Dedicated connectivity and backup, production infrastructure at the Taiwan data center, processing stability, and continuous monitoring by the Taiwan Network Operations Center throughout the exhibition. IntelliFend remote bot monitoring was also deployed during the public experience period.

正式營運即服務（Production as a Service）：為線上應用提供端對端的正式營運環境與託管維運。本案涵蓋基礎設施、連線與展期全時維運；監控、事件應變與資安控管由台灣網路營運中心執行。另導入 IntelliFend 遠端機器人監控，及早發現公開體驗期間的機器人濫用與異常自動化流量。Production as a Service: end-to-end production environment and managed operations for online applications. Covering infrastructure, connectivity, and around-the-clock operations; monitoring, incident response, and security management carried out by the Taiwan Network Operations Center. IntelliFend remote bot monitoring was also deployed to detect bot abuse and anomalous automated traffic during the public experience.

雙方分工專業明確，各司其職。棋苓負責 AIoT 應用與參觀者體驗。諾德資訊以正式營運即服務（Production as a Service），為線上應用提供端對端的正式營運環境與託管維運。應用業者要把服務公開上線，不必自行建置基礎設施，也不必自組全時維運團隊。 Both parties bring distinct expertise with a clear division of responsibilities. 01 規劃期：體驗、手環與應用設計Planning phase: experience, wristband, and application design

在部署開始前，營運環境、分工方式與上線準備邏輯，就必須先納入整體服務設計，包括體驗、手環與應用。Before deployment begins, the operating environment, division of responsibilities, and go-live preparation logic must be incorporated into the overall service design — including the experience, wristband, and application.

02 進場前：網路、後端、專用 UAT 與壓力測試Pre-deployment: network, backend, dedicated UAT and load testing

先完成網路、後端與內容開發。開展前一個月設置專用測試環境，讓應用層、感測層與正式營運環境在進場前接上並完成驗證；內部軟體 UAT，再到場外軟硬體完整 UAT 與壓力測試。Network, backend, and content development completed first. A dedicated testing environment was set up one month before the exhibition opened, allowing the application, sensing, and operations layers to connect and complete verification before on-site deployment; internal software UAT, followed by full off-site hardware and software UAT and load testing.

03 開展前：進場佈建，迎接第一波人流Pre-opening: on-site setup, ready for the first wave of visitors

現場部署在兩天內完成，把感測、應用與營運環境一次接上並驗證，確保 9 月 24 日開幕時系統全面就緒。On-site deployment completed within two days, connecting sensing, application, and production environment in one go, with verification completed to ensure full system readiness for the September 24 opening.

04 展期間：監看、並行使用與每日持續營運During the event: monitoring, concurrent usage, and daily operations

現場人流上來後，挑戰轉成多人同時互動下的回應節奏、資料流穩定與結果回傳一致性。諾德資訊位於台灣的網路營運中心在展期間持續監看資料庫與連線，狀況改變時依應變與升級流程處理。Once visitor traffic arrived, the challenge shifted to maintaining response cadence under concurrent interactions, stable data flow, and consistent result delivery. Knowtecq's Network Operations Center in Taiwan continuously monitored the database and connectivity, responding to any changes in line with escalation procedures.

05 閉展後：把一次公開營運整理成下次可重用的經驗Post-close: consolidating a live deployment into reusable knowledge

展期結束後，諾德資訊與棋苓共同整理本次部署的技術紀錄與營運日誌，作為未來類似專案的參考基礎。After the exhibition closed, Knowtecq and Chylyng jointly documented the technical records and operational logs from this deployment, establishing a reference base for future similar projects.
