支援 2026 台灣設計展 FLOW CHECK 正式上線 Knowtecq Readies the Production Environment for the FLOW CHECK Wristband Experience at the 2026 Taiwan Design Expo, Keeping It Online Throughout the Show

「2026 台灣設計展在桃園」今日開幕。本屆由桃園市政府主辦，以「桃園流」為主題，展期至 10 月 11 日，結合千塘之鄉的水文地景、國門之都的航空與物流優勢、多元族群文化匯流，以及 AI 科技應用，展現城市運轉的動態美學。AIoT 智慧感知大數據平台服務商棋苓（Chylyng）與網路基礎架構與雲端服務商諾德資訊攜手合作，推出全展區 AI 穿戴互動體驗「FLOW CHECK」，圍繞官方主題角色 Flowmomo 展開，並以正式營運即服務（Production as a Service）支援展期營運。 The 2026 Taiwan Design Expo in Taoyuan opened today. Organized by the Taoyuan City Government under the theme "Taoyuan in Flow," the exhibition runs through October 11. It brings together the waterscape of a city of a thousand ponds, the aviation and logistics strengths of a gateway city, the meeting of diverse communities, and the use of AI, and presents the kinetic aesthetic of how the city runs. Chylyng, an AIoT intelligent-sensing and big-data platform provider, and Knowtecq, a network infrastructure and cloud services provider, have partnered to launch FLOW CHECK, an AI wearable interactive experience across the exhibition grounds. Built around the official character Flowmomo, the experience is supported through the show by Production as a Service.

參觀者配戴主辦單位提供的智慧手環後，可沿著展場動線於不同站點進行互動。即使多人同時參與，每位參觀者仍可依照不同的路徑、選擇與互動節奏完成體驗；系統並依據互動過程與結果，即時生成專屬的 Flowmomo 數位卡牌，讓參觀者儲存並帶走屬於自己的展覽體驗紀錄。 After putting on a smart wristband provided by the organizer, visitors interact at different stations along the exhibition route. Even when many people take part at the same time, each visitor can complete the experience along a different path, with different choices and at a different pace. From those interactions and their results, the system generates a personal Flowmomo digital card in real time, which visitors can save and take away as a record of their own visit.

全展區 AI 穿戴互動體驗上線後，手環感測、站點互動、資料傳輸到結果產出，每一個環節都要在高併發下保持即時、穩定。開展前，諾德資訊協助棋苓進行大規模壓力測試，模擬最高約 3 萬人同時使用，觀察系統資源、服務反應與效能臨界點，並據此調校。 Once a public-facing AIoT experience goes live on the exhibition floor, every link has to stay real-time and stable under heavy concurrent use, from wristband sensing and station interaction to data transmission and the result that comes back. Before opening, Knowtecq helped Chylyng run a large-scale stress test simulating up to about 30,000 people using the system at once, observed system resources, service response, and performance limits, and tuned the system on that basis.

棋苓以自主開發的 Eleplo AIoT Platform 為技術核心，整合穿戴裝置、感測設備、人員與資產定位，以及即時事件與資料管理，並負責建構 FLOW CHECK 的手環互動邏輯、站點應用、卡牌生成及參觀者操作介面。 Chylyng's self-developed Eleplo AIoT Platform is the technical core. It integrates wearables, sensing devices, people and asset positioning, and real-time event and data management. Chylyng also built FLOW CHECK's wristband interaction logic, station applications, card generation, and the visitor interface.

雙方採取專業分工。棋苓聚焦 AIoT 平台、穿戴應用及使用者體驗；諾德資訊負責後端基礎架構、正式環境部署、壓力測試、高可用性驗證，以及上線後的系統與流量監控。諾德資訊透過 Production as a Service，由台灣機房承載正式服務、維持連線與資料流穩定，並透過統一監控介面掌握服務狀態。 The two companies divide the work. Chylyng focuses on the AIoT platform, wearable applications, and user experience. Knowtecq is responsible for back-end infrastructure, production deployment, stress testing, high-availability verification, and system and traffic monitoring after go-live. Knowtecq's Production as a Service hosts the service in a data center in Taiwan, keeps connectivity and data flows running, and lets the operations team see service status from a single interface. Continuous monitoring, incident response, and security control during the exhibition are supported around the clock by Knowtecq's network operations center.

由於現地部署僅有兩天，諾德資訊於開展前約一個月即建置專用測試環境，讓棋苓應用提早接上正式營運架構，並完成高可用性驗證與異常情境測試，將大量原需於現場進行的驗證工作提前完成。 With only two days available for on-site deployment, Knowtecq stood up a dedicated test environment about a month before opening, so Chylyng's application could connect to the production architecture early. High-availability verification and exception-scenario testing were completed then, bringing forward checks that would otherwise have had to be done on site.

The technology helps distinguish real users, legitimate automation, and anomalous bot traffic, and uses remote monitoring to watch for unusual automated behavior during operations.
