12.1　依個資法第 3 條規定，就本公司所保有之您的個人資料，您得行使下列權利：12.1　Pursuant to Article 3 of the PDPA, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by us:

• 查詢或請求閱覽；to enquire or request access;
• 請求製給複製本；to request a copy;
• 請求補充或更正；to request supplementation or correction;
• 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用；to request cessation of collection, processing, or use; and
• 請求刪除。to request deletion.

12.2　您行使前項權利，應以書面方式向本公司提出，並提供足資辨識身分之資訊。我們將於受理後三十日內回覆處理結果；如無法於前述期間內完成，將告知您所需之合理處理期限。12.2　To exercise the above rights, you must submit a written request to us with sufficient information to verify your identity. We will respond with the outcome within thirty (30) days of receipt; if we are unable to do so within that period, we will inform you of a reasonable timeframe for completion.
