共同呈現 2026 台灣設計展互動體驗 Knowtecq and Chylyng Partner to Present the Interactive Experience at the 2026 Taiwan Design Expo

諾德資訊與棋苓今日宣布，將與桃園市政府共同呈現 2026 台灣設計展在桃園的現場互動體驗，圍繞本屆官方主題角色 Flowmomo 展開。Flowmomo 是誕生於桃園的創意精靈，也體現本屆主題「桃園流 TAOYUAN in FLOW」。展覽自 9 月 24 日開展，至 10 月 11 日。 Knowtecq and Chylyng today announced that they will join the Taoyuan City Government in presenting the on-site interactive experience at the 2026 Taiwan Design Expo in Taoyuan, built around this year's official character, Flowmomo. Flowmomo is a creative spirit born in Taoyuan and embodies this year's theme, "Taoyuan in Flow" (桃園流). The exhibition opens on September 24 and runs through October 11.

參觀者配戴由主辦單位提供的手環，沿動態動線參與體驗。現場將有多人同時使用，每人路徑亦不相同。棋苓主責體驗與應用層。諾德資訊為正式營運即服務（Production as a Service）合作夥伴，為線上應用提供端對端的正式營運環境與託管維運。本案涵蓋基礎設施、連線與展期全時維運；持續監控、事件應變與資安控管，由諾德資訊位於台灣的網路營運中心執行。 Visitors wear wristbands provided by the organizer and take part along a dynamic route. Many people will use the experience at the same time, and each visitor follows a different path. Chylyng is responsible for the experience and the application layer. Knowtecq is the Production as a Service partner, providing end-to-end production operations and managed operations for the live application. The engagement covers infrastructure, connectivity, and round-the-clock operations throughout the exhibition. Continuous monitoring, incident response, and security control are carried out by Knowtecq's network operations center in Taiwan.

台灣設計展向來是國內重要的設計活動。隨著進場人數增加，現場互動系統也就更加重要。應用程式能用，只是基本條件。真正開始營運時，人潮會變化、路線會分散，也會有很多人同時操作，體驗仍必須一路順暢。 The Taiwan Design Expo has long been one of the country's major design events. As visitor numbers rise, the on-site interactive system matters more. An application that simply runs is only the baseline. Once operations begin, crowds shift, routes diverge, and many people use the system at once. The experience still has to stay smooth throughout.

正因如此，這次合作才有意義。雙方分工專業明確，各司其職。棋苓負責 AIoT 應用與參觀者體驗，諾德資訊負責正式營運環境。應用業者要把服務公開上線，不必自行建置基礎設施，也不必自組全時維運團隊。雙方通力合作，建立穩定的運作環境，確保與會者的數位體驗流暢無阻。 That is why this collaboration matters. The division of work is clear, and each side stays in its lane. Chylyng handles the AIoT application and the visitor experience. Knowtecq handles the production environment. Application providers that want to take a service live do not have to build the infrastructure themselves, or stand up a round-the-clock operations team. Working together, the two companies put a stable operating environment in place so visitors' digital experience remains uninterrupted.

互動手環感應體驗在正式上線前，諾德資訊與棋苓已對齊測試與部署時程，把應用、AIoT 感測與正式營運環境連接起來。諾德資訊另設置專用測試環境，雙方能在進場部署前有充足時間完成整合與驗證。 Before the interactive wristband sensing experience went live, Knowtecq and Chylyng aligned testing and deployment timelines and connected the application, AIoT sensing, and the production environment. Knowtecq also set up a dedicated test environment, giving both sides enough time to complete integration and verification before on-site deployment.

Software, SaaS, and AIoT providers can focus on product and experience, while Knowtecq takes on the infrastructure, network connectivity, and 24×7 operations that production requires. Through Production as a Service, Knowtecq helps applications move from deployment into live service and continues to support operations afterward.

Through a division of work between technology and operations, the two companies support stable running throughout the exhibition, so visitors have a smooth digital experience from arrival through to the end of the visit.
